Laying Tips for Metal Fences

General information

The presence of two or more people is necessary for the correct laying of the fence.

The use of at least 2 13 mm keys is required.

Use the simple collars for the starting and the end posts, the double ones for the intermediate posts.

Assembly instructions

1.

Preparation of the ground where the fence will be placed in panels. Lay the stakes and spread the guide wire to then install the posts perfectly aligned.

Make the hole in the ground for laying the first stake. Use a special level to place the stake perfectly perpendicular to the ground. Fix with cement.

On the first post (and the last one) - insert the simple collars from the top of the post. Move the panel closer and then insert the 8x25 screw with the respective nut. Do not leave the panel waving in order to not compromise the laying of the post.

To make the second hole in the ground, simulate the assembly of the collars of the second post. For intermediate posts, place a half-collar on the post, insert the panels and close with the other half-collar, fixing everything with two 8x25 bolts. Proceed with the excavation of the next post. Cement and re-check if the distances of the posts at the bottom and top are the same.

Perform step 4 again until the fence ends. If you want you can lay many posts simultaneously with the care to use a straight edge as a spacer between a pole and another.

N.B. Don't sliding excessively the collars already mounted on the posts to avoid abrasion.
